The Rizal Technological University - DOST-SEI Scholars' Association (RTU-DOSTSCAN) is an organization of RA 7687 grantees (collectively known as DOST-SEI scholars) in Rizal Technological University taking up science-related and applied science courses. 

The DOST Scholars' Association is established with the following goals:

(1) provide technical assistance to ensure that each DOST-SEI scholar successfully finished his/her course within the prescribed term of his/her scholarship.  

(2) help improve the scholars' social awareness and enhance their interpersonal/intrapersonal skills and;

(3) provide an encouraging environment where they can freely demonstrate such innate talents while achieving academic excellence in their fields of expertise.

The RTU-DOSTSCAN believes that each DOST-SEI scholar is given a rare opportunity to achieve his personal goals, shape his own destiny and pioneer his country's development.
